Refund policy

Shipping Lead-Time

All Holton Precision Audio products are hand made to order.  As such there will be a lead time prior to shipping.  The following timescales are typical, but may occasionally be longer due to unforeseen circumstances such as component supply delays and when the order was placed such as Public holidays, Christmas/New Year breaks, Chinese New Year which can and do delay, when the order can be fully processed before shipment. 

  • Amplifiers – 14 - 60 business days
  • Power Conditioners – 14 to 60 business days

We will make every attempt to contact you if shipping time is likely to be delayed significantly beyond the above timescales, however sometimes things get missed, so please be sure to contact us directly if you require any further updates on your order.

Cancellation Policy

Orders that are cancelled after placement will be subject to a cancellation fee to account for non-refundable transaction charges, administration and other costs.
This includes returns, were the customer has changed their mind

The reason for this is restocking fee is Holton Audio gets charged for all credit card and PayPal transactions which are non-refundable from our side, for some of the more expensive items this can be hundreds of dollars in transaction fees, also Holton Audio often has to invest in thousands of dollars worth of components to be able to fulfill your order. 

This restocking fee will be 20% of the total product cost.

Sale Items:
We cannot accept returns or cancellations on sale items.

Custom Designed and Built Products:
We cannot accept returns or cancellations on custom built products and therefore are non-refundable.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method, less any transaction costs, restocking fee and shipping costs. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
