Holton Anteos Stereo Power Amplifier
The Anteos stereo power amplifier was developed by taking the best technical developments from our flagship power amplifier the Ex Nihilo mono blocs.
Built on a single 2mm FR4 Gold plated printed circuit board, the Anteos stereo power amplifier has no internal wiring except for the power transformers primary and secondary winding connections.
Making it a no compromise but lower priced high end power amplifier.
The amplifier chassis have being machined in Europe from no less than 6 x 10mm aluminium plates and 2 x 200mm x 170mm 0.23 degrees-watt heat sinks. With the 7kg 800VA power transformer amplifier weighing in at approximately 25kg per stereo block. To minimize and cancel out any acoustic noise from the power transformer an anti-vibration suspension system has being employed whereby the 7kg power transformer is placed on its own mezzanine floor which isolates it from the rest of the chassis.
The audio engine for each channel is a fully hybrid Bipolar/MOSFET balanced topology.
In total there is no less than 8 low ESR 12,000uf capacitors making a total of 96,000 μFarad of filtering, providing a well-regulated and isolated power supply for the best possible sound quality.
The output stage uses 2 x 250 Watt dual die lateral MOSFETs in each output stage to transfer the enormous DC reservoir to the loudspeaker load.
Output protection is managed by a smart power controller with seamless power up and power down with no turn on turn off pops or clicks.
